This is Marriage

Marriage is lots of things. Some of them beautiful and wonderful, some of them difficult and hard.

Marriage is all the best things of life mixed with a lot of prayer, forgiveness, grace, mercy, understanding, wisdom, and hard work.

Marriage is also this:

A husband and wife sit down to watch the new Disney+ show, Wandavision.

Wife: That lady is the voice of Elsa.

Husband: Who?

Wife: The neighbor.

Husband: No, she’s not. She’s the lady from Parks & Rec.

Wife: No, she’s not. She’s the voice of Elsa.

Furious internet searches begin.

Conclusion of all the searching: She was not the voice of Elsa. She was the lady from Parks & Rec. This is marriage.

Also, marriage is me making this post up to my wife for probably a day.

Or a week.
